Cricket in Pakistan has a new chapter. The Pakistan Super League 2026, officially known as HBL PSL 11, is the 11th season of the country’s biggest T20 cricket tournament. It started on March 26, 2026, and will run all the way to May 3, 2026.
This year’s PSL is bigger than ever. The league has grown from six teams to eight. Two brand-new franchises, Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindi Pindiz, have joined the competition, bringing fresh energy and new rivalries to the tournament.
All 44 matches of this season are being played in just two cities, Lahore and Karachi, behind closed doors due to regional security concerns and an ongoing oil crisis.
Whether you follow every ball or just want to check who is on top, this page gives you everything you need. Below you will find the live points table, a simple explanation of how points work, and all the key updates from PSL 2026.

How Points Are Calculated?
The PSL points system is simple and easy to follow. Every team earns points based on the result of each match:
- Win: 2 points
- Loss: 0 points
- No Result or Abandoned Match: 1 point for each team
- Tied Match: A Super Over is played to decide the winner. The winning team gets 2 points.
At the end of the league stage, the four teams with the most points qualify for the playoffs. If two or more teams finish on equal points, their Net Run Rate (NRR) decides who goes through.
What Is Net Run Rate (NRR)?
Net Run Rate is the number that separates two teams when they are tied on points. It measures how quickly a team scores runs compared to how quickly their opponents score against them, across all their matches.
Simple formula: (Total runs scored by a team across all matches divided by total overs faced) minus (Total runs conceded across all matches divided by total overs bowled).
A positive NRR means the team is winning by bigger margins than they are losing. A negative NRR means the opposite. The higher the NRR, the better the team’s overall performance.
