Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women have earned a reputation for their fearless batting in the Women’s Premier League. Season after season, they have posted big totals and kept the scoreboard moving quickly. 

Their highest WPL score came on March 8, 2025, against UP Warriorz Women in Lucknow, when RCB piled up 213 runs. Even though they lost the match, the innings showed just how explosive WPL games can be.

Richa Ghosh top-scored with 69, while Ellyse Perry (28), S Meghana (27), and Sneh Rana (26) added important runs as RCB chased a target of 226. Despite a strong late push, RCB fell short by 12 runs in a high-scoring match.

Georgia Voll was named Player of the Match for her unbeaten 99 for UP Warriorz, as RCB’s record total came in a losing cause in WPL 2025.

2. 202/4 vs Gujarat Giants Women – 14 February 2025

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women recorded their second-highest WPL score, 202/4, against Gujarat Giants Women on 14 February 2025 at Vadodara.

Chasing 202, RCB were led by Richa Ghosh, who struck an unbeaten 64 off 27 balls, while Ellyse Perry contributed 57 and Kanika Ahuja added 30 not out. 

Their unbeaten 93-run partnership turned the match in RCB’s favour as the chase was completed with nine balls to spare.

Richa Ghosh was awarded Player of the Match for her decisive knock, guiding RCB to one of the most memorable chases in WPL history.

3. 199/3 vs Mumbai Indians Women – 11 March 2025

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women posted their third-highest WPL score, 199/3, against Mumbai Indians Women on 11 March 2025 at the Brabourne Stadium, winning the match by 11 runs.

Smriti Mandhana led the charge with 53, while Ellyse Perry stayed unbeaten on 49. Late cameos from Richa Ghosh (36) and Georgia Wareham (31)* pushed RCB close to the 200 mark. 

In reply, Nat Sciver-Brunt top-scored for MI with 69, but they were restricted to 188/9. Sneh Rana was awarded Player of the Match for her match-turning spell of 3/26, which played a key role in RCB defending their total and ending MI’s unbeaten run at Brabourne.

4. 184/9 vs Mumbai Indian’s Women – 26 Jan 2026 

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women scored 184/9 in 20 overs against Mumbai Indians Women on 26 January 2026 at Vadodara.

Richa Ghosh played a sensational innings of 90 off 50 balls, almost guiding RCB to victory despite wickets falling at crucial moments.

The team struggled after losing early batters, collapsing to 35/5 in the powerplay, but Ghosh’s aggressive strokeplay kept them in the hunt.

However, MI’s Nat Sciver-Brunt’s 100 and strong partnership with Hayley Matthews* proved decisive, and RCB fell short by 15 runs.

5.198/3 vs UP Warriorz Women – 4 March 2024

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women posted their fourth-highest WPL score, 198/3, against UP Warriorz Women on 4 March 2024 at Bengaluru, winning the match by 23 runs.

Smriti Mandhana led from the front with a superb 80 off 50 balls, while Ellyse Perry added a fluent 58, as the pair put on a match-defining partnership to set UP Warriorz a target of 199. In response, Alyssa Healy fought hard with 55, but UP Warriorz were restricted to 175/8.

Smriti Mandhana was awarded Player of the Match for her commanding innings, which laid the foundation for RCB’s strong home victory.

6. 190/6 vs Gujarat Giants Women – 8 March 2023

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women posted their fifth-highest WPL score, 190/6, against Gujarat Giants Women on 8 March 2023 at the Brabourne Stadium, but fell short by 11 runs in a high-scoring contest.

Sophie Devine led RCB’s chase with a fighting 66, while Heather Knight added a quick cameo at the end. Earlier, Sophia Dunkley smashed 65 off 28 balls, and Harleen Deol scored 67, helping Gujarat Giants post 201/7.

Sophia Dunkley was awarded Player of the Match for her explosive innings at the top, which laid the foundation for the  Gujarat Giants’ first win of the WPL season.

7. 189/2 vs Gujarat Giants Women – 18 March 2023

Royal Challengers Bangalore Women successfully chased 189/2 against Gujarat Giants Women on 18 March 2023 at Brabourne Stadium, recording their sixth-highest team total in WPL history.

Sophie Devine led the chase with a stunning 99 off 36 balls, while Smriti Mandhana contributed 37. Earlier, Gujarat Giants had posted 188/4, with Laura Wolvaardt (68) and Ashleigh Gardner (41) leading the scoring.

Sophie Devine was named Player of the Match for her outstanding performance, as RCB completed the chase with 27 balls to spare and won by eight wickets.

8. 182/7 vs Gujarat Giants Women – 16 January 2026

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women posted 182/7 against Gujarat Giants Women on 16 January 2026 at DY Patil Stadium, recording their seventh-highest team total in WPL history.

Radha Yadav led the innings with 66, supported by Richa Ghosh’s 44 and Nadine de Klerk’s 26. Earlier, Gujarat Giants were restricted to 150, with Bharti Fulmali (39) top-scoring.

Radha Yadav was named Player of the Match as RCB won by 32 runs, completing a strong recovery after being 43/4 early in the innings, thanks to a 105-run partnership between Radha and Ghosh.

9. 180/6 vs UP Warriorz Women – 24 February 2025

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women scored 180/6 against UP Warriorz Women on 24 February 2025 at Bengaluru, recording their eighth-highest team total in WPL history.

Ellyse Perry starred with 90 off 56*, supported by Danni Wyatt-Hodge’s 57. The match was incredibly close, with both teams scoring 180, forcing a Super Over, which UP Warriorz won.

Despite the tie in regular play, Perry’s innings earned her the highest impact rating of the match (140.26 pts). Sophie Ecclestone was named Player of the Match for her all-round performance in the chase and Super Over.

10. 180/7 vs Delhi Capitals Women – 10 March 2024

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women scored 180/7 against Delhi Capitals Women on 10 March 2024 at Delhi, recording their ninth-highest team total in WPL history.

Despite Richa Ghosh’s 51 and Ellyse Perry’s 49, RCB fell just short, losing by 1 run. Shreyanka Patil earned the highest impact rating of the match (94.85 pts), while Jemimah Rodrigues was named Player of the Match for her 58 off 36.
