How the Points Table Works
- P stands for matches played, W for wins, L for losses, NR for no result, PTS for total points and NRR for net run rate.
- Teams earn 2 points for a win and 0 for a loss, the standard scoring system used across most T20 leagues.
- NRR only comes into play when two or more teams are level on points. It’s the average run rate a team scores at, minus the average run rate it concedes.
- A positive NRR, like Sri Lankan Lions’ +0.750, means a team is outscoring its opponents. A negative figure works the other way round.
