Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) meet in Match 21 of IPL 2026. The two teams are at very different points in the season. Rajasthan have won all four of their matches and sit at the top of the table with eight points. Sunrisers have won just one of their four games and are placed seventh in the standings.

Both teams are known for aggressive batting. The individual battles between players could play a big role in the final result.

Abhishek Sharma vs Jofra Archer

Abhishek Sharma is in excellent form this season. He scored a quick 74 off 28 balls against Punjab Kings in his last match. He is likely to face Jofra Archer during the powerplay.

In T20 cricket, Abhishek has scored 62 runs off 34 balls against Archer and has not been dismissed by him once. Archer has been one of RR’s key bowlers with the new ball this season, which makes this battle one to watch closely.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi vs Jaydev Unadkat

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been one of the biggest stories of IPL 2026. The 15-year-old opener has scored two fifties this season, each coming off just 15 balls. His strike rate in IPL 2026 stands at 266.67.

He could face veteran left-arm pacer Jaydev Unadkat in the early overs. Unadkat has picked up two wickets in the powerplay this season and has bowled at an economy of 11.85 during that phase. Sooryavanshi’s power against Unadkat’s experience will be an interesting contest.

Heinrich Klaasen vs Ravi Bishnoi

Heinrich Klaasen has been one of SRH’s most consistent batters this season. He has scored 184 runs at an average of 46. He is known for hitting spinners hard in the middle overs.

Ravi Bishnoi has been in very good form for RR, taking nine wickets at an average of 12.67 this season. In their past T20 meetings, Klaasen has scored 36 runs off 22 balls against Bishnoi without being dismissed. However, Bishnoi’s current form makes him a strong threat even for set batters.
